THE COURT

The International Court for Alternate Dispute Resolution was developed and founded as an international body by leading independent practitioners and professionals to address an integral need for efficient mediums to resolve disputes in an amicable and equitable, while efficient, manner.

Since inception, the Court has come to embody the essence of globalization and the spearheaded the development of modules governing standard practices in alternate dispute resolutions.

The Court provides services including the preparation and provision of meeting facilities, the appointment of mediators, arbitrators and professionals, setting hearings, providing support in the administration and supervision of alternate dispute resolution procedures and other professional services which facilitate resolutions.

The Court is wholly focused on the promotion of alternate dispute resolution procedures and services around the world, as a viable, efficient and equitable alternative to the legal court systems.

The Court is wholly committed to the expansion and adoption of The Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards, also known as the New York Convention.
